We are the Interim Managers Association (SIM), a non-profit organization that since 2009 has been promoting and propagating the idea of interim management in Poland. Interim management is a modern tool for managing organizations, which involves the temporary employment of experienced managers in key positions to achieve specific goals and projects.
On February 23-24, the first live meeting of representatives of interim management associations from 10 countries, The International Network of Interim Manager Associations INIMA, took place (the representative of Liechtenstein/Rhine Valley did not arrive, blocked by snowdrifts on the Brenner Pass).
