About the association

The Interim Managers Association (SIM) has been operating on the Polish market for fifteen years, building awareness and standards in the field of interim management. Their goal is to promote modern management tools and methods to help companies achieve a competitive advantage. As a non-profit organization, SIM engages in educational activities, publications and social initiatives to promote the idea of interim management and improve the quality of managers’ work in this field.
