The Interim Managers Association places particular emphasis on topics that enrich the competences of Interim Managers. This time we invite you to participate in the workshop “Understanding and Managing the Dynamics of Relationships in the Company: The Apparent Communication Triangle.”

If you are an Interim Manager or work in an organization with complex relationships and communication difficulties, this is the perfect opportunity to learn how to effectively deal with these challenges. During the workshop you will learn:

• What can be a drama triangle that only promotes apparent communication in an organization?
• What behaviors occur in the role of Rescuer, Persecutor, Victim within the team?
• Which of these roles might you prefer when you enter an organization as an IM?
• How does entering each role affect communication, relationships within the team and the entire organization?

Participating in the workshop will allow you to:

• expand knowledge about the ineffective roles that everyone plays
• get a package of tools to support your work as an IM

Workshop leader: Monika Dawid-Sawicka – consultant, trainer, transactional analysis practitioner

He has been supporting managers, teams and entire organizations in their development for over 20 years. He works as a consultant, trainer, facilitator and coach of ICF PCC. In the face of the changing reality that companies are facing, it uses certified tools that improve and accelerate the ability to make a diagnosis and implement an action plan.

She is the co-author of the book “13 patterns of good communication and relationships. Transactional analysis in practice”, which was published in 2023. becoming a bestseller.
He lectures on communication, coaching and facilitation issues at postgraduate studies.
