Interim management – a career path for an experienced manager

May 14, 2024 (Tuesday) at 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. There will be a practical online workshop introducing the secrets of an interim manager’s work.
During the meeting, we will discuss issues related to building your own professional path based on design solutions. We will present our practical experience in implementing interim projects
How to start a career in interim management? How to acquire customers? Where to look for project sources? What are the salaries like in the interim manager profession? We will answer these and similar questions during the workshop.

What does the IM workshop offer?

Getting to know the methodology of conducting IM projects developed on the basis of best practices from Poland and abroad;
Getting to know a set of practical tools for managing IM projects;
Gaining knowledge about the practical aspects of the interim manager profession;
The workshop will be led by an expert, SIM Certified Interim Manager® Dorota Wieczorek and SIM Certified Interim Manager® Marzenna Tusza
